Details: For runners who need extra width or more room in their running shoes, the Karhu Ikoni HiVo is the ideal solution. Designers built the Karhu Ikoni with data gathered from more than 100,000 3D foot scans taken at Fleet Feet locations, which gave it a more comfortable fit. Now, the Karhu Ikoni 2020 HiVo adds another option to satisfy even more runners. The new Ikoni HiVo delivers the same smooth ride and energetic feel as the regular Ikoni, but it has more room for wider or larger feet. Karhu achieved the high-volume fit with a wider toe box and midfoot, while still providing a locked-in heel for added security. Karhu’s half-length Fulcrum technology smooths out the transition and adds subtle stability, and an engineered knit upper gives the shoe a sleek look.

Our fulfillment times may be a little longer than usual due to covid until things get back to normal. We're seeing some delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry has had some challenges, but we are committed to doing our best in a timely manner.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order.
